Prevent cancellations

If you decide to accept a request, make sure you are actually available. If you cancel as a sitter, it can be very inconvenient. The pet owner is relying on you and likely has no alternative. You certainly don’t want to be the cause of a canceled vacation. If you think you need to change or cancel a booking, contact the pet owner immediately and try to find a solution for the situation. Since it is very stressful for both pet owners and their furry friends, we want to prevent sitters from canceling too often without a valid reason.
