The role of Petbnb

    • Providing a platform where pet owners can easily and quickly find reliable sitters who can offer the best possible care for their pets.
    • Offering a freelance platform for sitters to gain new clients, supported by marketing initiatives.
    • Treating everyone in the Petbnb community with respect and taking appropriate action in cases of inappropriate behavior.
    • Assisting and monitoring both pet owners and sitters in the event of a dispute to help them reach an agreement. If this cannot be achieved, we will help find an appropriate solution to the problem.
    • Offering the Petbnb Guarantee for any service that is booked and paid for through Petbnb. The insurance covers veterinary costs incurred during pet sitting.



The role of sitters

    • Communicate respectfully and respond to messages within 24 hours.
    • Accurately complete your profile and honestly represent your skills and experience in pet care.
    • Provide a safe environment for pets and take proactive measures in the event of health issues or other circumstances.
    • Respect the privacy and belongings of pet owners.
    • Conduct all communication and transactions related to Petbnb bookings exclusively through the Petbnb website or app. This helps prevent fraud and allows our customer service team to assist if needed.
    • Clearly inform pet owners in advance of any special circumstances, such as: other animals that will be present during the booking; another sitter assisting you (who is not listed on your profile); plans to give the pet a bath/grooming, etc.



The role of pet owners

    • Communicate respectfully and respond to messages promptly—even if you decide not to proceed with a booking.
    • Fill out a complete and detailed pet profile, including care instructions and emergency contacts.
    • Organize a meet & greet before the booking to ensure the sitter is a good match for your pet's needs. Discuss all relevant details about your pet, including feeding schedules, walking routines, medications, allergies, and any behavioral issues.
    • Conduct all communication and transactions related to Petbnb bookings exclusively through the Petbnb website or app. This helps prevent fraud and allows our customer service team to assist if needed.
    • Respect the sitter’s schedule and communicate in a timely manner if there are changes to drop-off or pick-up times.
    • Provide honest and accurate reviews of sitters. This helps them improve their services and assists future pet owners in finding a suitable match on our platform.
