A pet profile is essential because it determines the criteria you use to search for sitters. The list of sitters is filtered based on your dog's characteristics (age, size, (un)neutered, etc.). Some sitters only want to look after small dogs, while others may not accept puppies. This increases the chances of finding the perfect match. Therefore, make sure to complete your pet profile as thoroughly as possible. Don’t forget to include important information such as:
- Allergies
- Dietary needs
- Behavioral issues
- An emergency contact (in case something happens during pet sitting and you are unavailable)
Creating your pet profile
- Log in to your account on Petbnb.
- Select "Your Pets" in the menu (top right).
- Add as much information as possible. Your pet profile must be at least 32% complete to start searching for sitters.
