How do I delete my account?

If you delete your account, all your data will be lost, and this cannot be undone. Alternatively, you can choose to turn off notifications if you (temporarily) don't want to receive notifications from Petbnb but still want to keep your account for the future. Below, you’ll find instructions for both the website and the app on how to turn off email notifications or permanently delete your account. Of course, you are always welcome to sign up again in the future!

On the Website

Turning Off Email Notifications

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click on the three lines next to your profile picture in the top right corner and go to "Settings."

3. Click on the second tab, "Notifications." Here, you can specify which notifications you want to receive.

Permanently Deleting Your Account

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click on the three lines next to your profile picture in the top right corner and go to "Settings" (see step 2 above).

3. At the bottom of the "Account" tab, you will find the option "Delete Account."

Via the App

Turning off email notifications

2. Go to "More" at the bottom right and click on "Notifications" (the second option).

3. Here, you can specify which notifications you want to receive.

Permanently deleting your account

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to "More" at the bottom right and click on "Notifications" (the second option).

3. Scroll all the way down. Here, you will find the option "Delete Account."
