What is Petbnb's role in a dispute?

Petbnb is a platform that connects pet owners with sitters. For this reason, all agreements regarding pet sitting are made between the owner and the respective sitter. As a third party, we often don't have all the details of the pet sitting arrangement (since we weren't there), so we will always ask for both sides of the story. If the owner and sitter are unable to reach an agreement, we will make a final decision that hopefully satisfies both parties. In this case, Petbnb acts as a mediator.
