How do I become a sitter?

To become a pet sitter at Petbnb, you must be at least 18 years old and have proven experience in caring for pets. Ideally, you currently have (or have had) a pet of your own or have had regular contact with animals. It’s essential to be reliable, responsible, and animal-friendly. Pet care requires a high level of responsibility, as you are responsible for the well-being and safety of the animals while their owners are away.

Since you are not employed by Petbnb, it’s up to you to maintain contact with pet owners and manage your own affairs. Read more about the role of sitters on our platform. Of course, you will also need a sitter profile on our platform. You can find all information regarding your profile and how to set it up in the “Your Account” section.

Please note: You can only register as an individual on Petbnb. Unfortunately, it is not permitted to register as a business, even if you already operate a dog boarding or walking service.
