Pet owners pay in advance for pet sitting via iDEAL or PayPal. The payment is then securely held in a third-party account. On the first working day after the pet sitting service, the payment is transferred to the sitter’s account. Pay safely via Petbnb

You will receive a payment link in your email, but you can also pay via the button in the Messenger. It is mandatory to pay through Petbnb. This ensures that reviews on Petbnb are reliable, helps us better showcase the quality of the sitters, and rewards good sitters with increased visibility on Petbnb. Sitters booked and paid through Petbnb are also insured in case something happens during the sitting. Unfortunately, users who do not book through Petbnb must be removed for the same reason.

Price adjustments

The sitter can adjust the sitting fee before your request is accepted. This is useful if the sitter wants to offer you a discount or if the sitter can only accept the booking for a higher fee than indicated in the ad. If you need to adjust the price after a request has been accepted, you should cancel the accepted request and send a new one to the sitter. The sitter can then adjust the price and accept the new request.
