You can try a few things:
- Click the link in one of our emails to access a recent request. This usually logs you in directly. However, if the email was sent a while ago, the link may no longer work, and you’ll need to log in again.
- You might have signed up with Facebook. If that’s the case, you’ll need to log in using Facebook.
- Make sure you don’t accidentally type spaces in your email address or password when logging in.
- Request a new password.
- Try opening Petbnb in a different web browser. Our website works best with Google Chrome and Firefox.
- Tip: download the app from the App Store or Google Play to stay logged in all the time!
