No, pet owners can still send you booking requests directly. The job board is an additional option that provides you with more opportunities to find suitable jobs.
How can I search for open job listings?
Use the "Job Search" function in the Petbnb web menu to look for available pet care jobs in your area. You can filter the results by location, date, and type of care to find offers that best match your preferences and schedule.
How can I apply for a petsitting job?
Once you find a suitable job listing, click on "Send Offer" and create a personalized proposal that includes your services, availability, and pricing.
Can I determine my own pricing?
Yes, you have the flexibility to set your own pricing for your services. Ensure that your rates are competitive and correspond to the services offered to have the best chance of acceptance.
Is it binding once I have sent an offer?
No, sending an offer is not binding. The dog owner decides whether to accept or decline your offer. You can withdraw your offer at any time as long as the booking has not been paid for or confirmed.
Is the feature available in the app as well?
No, the job-finding feature is currently only available in the Petbnb web version. Based on positive feedback, we will gladly extend it to the app.
Does my service fee remain the same?
Yes, your current commission level will apply as usual.
How will I be notified about new job listings?
You will receive email notifications as soon as new job offers become available in your preferred area. Make sure that you have enabled the notification settings in your account.
Can I withdraw my offer?
Yes, you can withdraw your offer at any time as long as the dog owner has not yet responded. To do so, go to your sent offers in your Petbnb account and select the option to withdraw.
