With the Broadcast Bookings, we aim to provide pet owners and sitters with an additional way to connect with each other. Pet owners can now easily post their care requests and receive the best offers from verified sitters in their area.

How do I make a broadcast booking request?

Creating a job is simple and straightforward. Go to the "Broadcast Bookings" menu on our website, click on the Plus Symbol, and fill in the required details about your pet and the desired care times. Once you publish your request/job, qualified sitters in your area can submit offers.




How do I receive offers from sitters?
After you have published your job, sitters in your area will be notified and can send you an offer based on your provided information. You will receive notifications via email as new offers come in.




Can I decline or accept offers?
Yes, you can review incoming offers at any time and decide whether to accept or decline them. To accept an offer, simply click on "Accept" and follow the further instructions to complete the booking. You can communicate with sitters through the chat to discuss additional details and arrange a meet & greet before making a decision.




How do I communicate with the sitters?
Communication with sitters occurs through our secure chat system within Petbnb. You can exchange messages to discuss details, ask questions, or arrange a personal meet & greet before accepting an offer.




What fees apply?
The service fee remains unchanged in the long term, similar to our classic booking system. This fee is automatically calculated during the booking process and is transparently visible to you before you complete the payment.




Are these kind of bookings safe?
Yes, booking through our Job Board is safe. All payments are processed through our secure payment system, which protects your data. Additionally, we recommend organizing a meet & greet first to ensure that you and the sitter are a good fit before finalizing the booking, as payment confirms the reservation.




Will this feature be available on the app?

Currently, this feature is only available on our website to keep the usage simple. If we receive positive feedback, we will consider integrating it into the Petbnb App in the future.
