You can track when you receive your payments and view your past payments as well. This can be done on both the website and the app. In most cases, the pet-sitting payment is in your account the day after the booking ends. Note: for daycare, it may take a few business days before the payment arrives. Weekends and holidays may delay this process. If you’ve recently changed your bank account and payments are no longer coming through, you may need to verify your bank account again. Here’s more information on how you can do this.
On the website
- Click on your profile photo in the upper right corner.
- Go to “Settlements.”
- Here, you’ll see your completed payments and future payments. You’ll also find the bank account number where your payments are sent.
In the app
- Tap on “More” in the bottom right corner.
- Go to “Settlements” (the piggy bank icon).
- Here, you’ll see your completed payments and future payments, as well as the bank account number where your payments are sent.
