Our payment provider always requires verification of your bank account to prevent fraud. The aim is to ensure that no one else receives payments for your pet-sitting work! You should have received an email about this. Please note, it may have ended up in your spam folder. If you haven't received an email, please send a message via the contact form, and we will follow up with our payment provider. Also, please remember that your bank account must always be a personal account (not a business account) in your own name.


Additionally, you will always receive payments only after the pet-sitting is completed. Usually, this is within 1 day, but for day care, it may take a few business days before you receive your payment. Weekends and holidays can delay this process. You can check this yourself under payments in your account.
