How am I paid if the dog is picked up later on the last day of the stay?

The system automatically calculates this based on the selected drop-off and pick-up times.
A night rate covers a 24-hour period — from the moment the dog is dropped off until the same time the next day.

For multi-day stays, the day and night rates are applied per 24-hour period.

If the owner picks up the dog more than two hours later than the original drop-off time on the final day, an extended care fee is automatically added to fairly compensate you for the extra time:

• 2–8 extra hours: +50% of the night rate
• 8+ extra hours: +100% of the night rate
